In this 3-hour workshop, we will play with the versatility of watercolor pencils by practicing a range in sketching methods, intention, and surface development.
Sketching methods. Sketching a simple foundation versus more dramatically capturing expression.
Intention. Using watercolor pencils in a descriptive method versus an approach that is interpretive.
Surface. Building visual texture versus developing a velvet ambiance.
The primary purpose is to explore techniques and options with watercolor pencils.
The secondary purpose is to expand personal creativity and have some fun.
