  • Double: Final payment will be $2000 to complete total cost of $3000 per person, after your $1000 registration.


  • Single King: Final payment will be $2880 to complete total cost of $3880, after your $1000 registration.


  • Single Two Double Beds: Final payment will be $2880 to complete total cost of $3880, after your $1000 registration.


  • Companion: There is no additional fee after payment of $765 fee for registration and event.


MUST be able to travel independently or bring a travel assistant.

Cancelling by September 1 = 50% refund of deposit

Cancelling by December 1 = refund less $1200
