This is a one-day immersive watercolor experience. Work en plein air, using fresh color and loose strokes toward magical landscape. This one-day workshop explores the richness of fresh, wet watercolor, as a follow-up to an earlier workshop ( Gestural Watercolor: Explore / Build Confidence in Juiciness and Mark-making.) The morning starts with a demonstration, followed by exploratory exercises. After a lunch break, there will be guidance toward practice and development of composition. It is hoped that participants will expand personal creativity ad leave limitations behind. Prerequisites: NONE. This workshop is very appropriate for first time creators as well as those with previous experience. Each will benefit from individual attention and guidance. |
